If ph97 discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual who was below the minimum age at the time of registration, ph97 will immediately close the Account, return any deposits net of bonuses received, void any winnings, and permanently delete all personal data associated with the underage account from ph97's systems — subject only to any legally mandated reporting obligations.
