These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the ph97 platform, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, and participation in promotions. Please read them carefully before using any ph97 service.
ph97 is exclusively for players aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. All accounts are subject to mandatory KYC age verification before withdrawal privileges are activated.
ph97 operates under a valid PAGCOR license for online gaming services in the Philippines. All platform operations, game outcomes, and financial transactions are conducted in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and Philippine law.
Each player may hold only one ph97 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds. ph97 employs automated and manual systems to detect and act on multi-accounting violations at any stage.
All ph97 account balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to the transaction limits and processing timelines described in these Terms and in ph97's Banking FAQ.
Players are responsible for gaming within their means. ph97 provides deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players who self-exclude agree not to circumvent those restrictions. ph97 is not liable for losses incurred in breach of self-set limits.
By registering an account or continuing to use any ph97 service after a Terms update, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph97 platform.

To access real-money gaming services on ph97, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one ph97 Account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly notify ph97 of any changes to your registration information by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support. ph97 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate contact details provided by a Player, including missed OTP messages or withdrawal errors caused by incorrect GCash numbers.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. ph97 will never contact you by any means to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. Notify ph97 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.4 Account Transferability. ph97 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any credits, winnings, or bonuses held therein to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an Account will void the Account without compensation.
3.5 Philippine Mobile Number Requirement. Account registration requires a valid Philippine mobile number (Smart, Globe, DITO, or Sun networks). This number is used for OTP verification, SMS notifications, and account recovery. You must own and have direct control over the number provided.
ph97 is required under PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act, as amended) to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Players. The following KYC requirements apply:
4.1 Mandatory Verification. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. ph97 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including prior to activating full account functionality or before crediting significant deposits or bonuses.
4.2 Accepted Documents. The following Philippine government-issued identification documents are accepted for KYC purposes:

4.3 Selfie Verification. In addition to documentary evidence, ph97 may require a real-time selfie photograph alongside the submitted ID document to confirm that the Account holder and the document are the same individual.
4.4 Verification Timeline. ph97 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) to five (5) business days of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion and will not accrue interest during the review period.
4.5 Failed Verification. If KYC verification cannot be completed due to insufficient, fraudulent, or contradictory documentation, ph97 reserves the right to close the Account and return deposits net of any bonuses received. ph97 is not liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.
5.1 Currency. All ph97 Account balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph97 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any deposit made in a foreign currency via a payment provider will be rejected or returned.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ph97 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to minimum deposit amounts and any limits imposed by the relevant payment provider. ph97 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 50.00 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion. Deposits below the minimum threshold may be declined or returned without crediting the Account.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be made by verified Players (KYC complete) to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. ph97 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100.00.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval during standard operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or regulatory review.
5.6 Withdrawal from Bonus Balance. Bonus Balance funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement, after which the resulting Real Money winnings become eligible for withdrawal subject to any applicable withdrawal limits specified in the bonus terms.
5.7 Anti-Money Laundering. ph97 is required by law to report suspicious transactions and to verify the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals. ph97 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any Player at any time. Refusal to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by ph97 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated play, multiple accounts, pattern betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements or obtain bonuses unfairly constitutes bonus abuse. ph97 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, without prior notice.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion terms, only one active bonus may be held in a Player's Account at any given time. Requesting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the ph97 platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing wagers. ph97 is not liable for losses attributable to a Player's failure to understand game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on ph97 — including slots and electronic table games — use certified RNG systems audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random, and no play pattern, strategy, or external tool can predict or influence future outcomes.
7.3 Live Casino Games. Live dealer games are produced and broadcast by certified third-party game studios. The conduct of live dealers and the handling of physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) are governed by the studios' operating procedures, which are independently audited. ph97 is not responsible for technical issues occurring within the third-party studio environment, though it will cooperate fully with studios to resolve disputed outcomes.
7.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure during a gaming session, the affected game round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account. ph97 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games.
7.5 Disputed Outcomes. Players who wish to dispute a game outcome must submit a formal complaint to ph97 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event, providing the relevant game round ID. ph97 will investigate disputes using server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph97 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
ph97 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. ph97 acknowledges that gambling can become harmful when not managed appropriately and provides the following tools and resources to support players in maintaining healthy gaming habits.
9.1 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account through the Account Settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, to protect against impulsive decisions during active sessions.
9.2 Session Time Limits. Players may configure automatic session duration reminders and hard session cut-offs through their Account Settings. Once a session limit is reached, the Player will be automatically logged out and must wait for the configured cooldown period before logging in again.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may voluntarily self-exclude from ph97 for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 12 months) or permanently through the Account Settings panel or by contacting ph97 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be deactivated, all promotional communications will cease, and re-registration will be blocked. ph97 will make all reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, but is not liable for losses incurred if a Player circumvents restrictions through undisclosed alternative accounts.
9.4 Reality Checks. ph97 displays periodic session duration notifications to all active Players. These reminders appear automatically and inform the Player of the duration and value of their current gaming session.
10.1 Suspension by ph97. ph97 reserves the right to suspend any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where ph97 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in violation of these Terms; (b) suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has occurred; (c) the Player has provided false registration information; or (d) continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other Players.
10.2 Permanent Closure by ph97. ph97 may permanently close a Player Account following investigation of a suspension, where the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or exploitation, ph97 may forfeit all Account balances and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
10.3 Closure by Player. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ph97 customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, ph97 will process any pending withdrawal of the Real Money Balance to the Player's verified payment method and deactivate the Account. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. ph97 will notify the Player by SMS and email (if provided) before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of PHP 100.00, deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by logging in and completing re-verification if required.
All content on the ph97 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, written content, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of ph97 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph97 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; reverse engineer or decompile any ph97 software; create derivative works based on ph97 content; or use ph97 trademarks or branding in any context without express written permission from ph97.
Any unauthorised use of ph97 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action. Players who create, publish, or distribute content that misrepresents or impersonates ph97 — including fake promotional offers, phishing sites, or counterfeit platform interfaces — may be referred for prosecution under applicable Philippine cybercrime and intellectual property statutes.
12.1 No Warranty. The ph97 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph97 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors or viruses, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond real-money online gaming under PAGCOR regulation.
12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph97's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the Player's total deposited funds in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. ph97 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect or consequential loss; (c) losses arising from the Player's own breach of these Terms; (d) losses caused by third-party payment processing delays beyond ph97's control; or (e) losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with applicable local gambling laws.
The collection, processing, storage, and protection of Players' personal and financial data is governed by ph97's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at ph97.asia/privacy-policy.
By registering an Account, Players consent to ph97's collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and — where consent has been given — marketing communications.
ph97 complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to ph97's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
14.1 Dispute Resolution Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt resolution through ph97's internal complaint process by contacting customer support and allowing ph97 a reasonable period — not less than thirty (30) calendar days — to investigate and respond. ph97 aims to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receiving complete information from the Player.
14.2 PAGCOR Escalation. Players who are not satisfied with ph97's internal complaint resolution may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Protection Division in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. ph97 cooperates fully with PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution processes.
ph97 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via SMS notification to the registered mobile number and/or a prominent notice on the ph97 platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR regulatory directive or applicable law.
Continued use of the ph97 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at ph97.asia/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
